In 2001, as the co-founder and Vice President of RightSourcing Inc., Ms. White pioneered the first MSP/VMS for contingent labor to the healthcare and university industry. She successfully guided more than 100+ hospitals and academic institutions in addressing their workforce challenges by helping to minimize their risk, increase efficiency and decrease overall costs.
In 2012, Martha White founded and developed Healthcare Select, an MSP/VMS with a customer-focused philosophy. Her team delivered a full range of customized services to manage the procurement, selection, engagement, and tracking of contract labor in healthcare organizations. They listened to their customers’ needs and delivered on their promises.
Her clients were able to realize maximum savings, accountability, transparency and the highest quality of customer service. With this win-win strategy, Healthcare Select experienced year-over-year growth in both client expansion and record sales. In 2016, Healthcare Select sold to Aya Healthcare.
After successfully transitioning Healthcare Select’s customers and suppliers to Aya, Martha White partnered to created Adaptive Workforce Solutions in June 2017 and now consults with healthcare organizations to define the ideal workforce solution.
Ms. White has worked with 130+ healthcare organizations, implemented multiple VMS platforms, and contracted with 300+ clinical and non-clinical healthcare staffing suppliers. She is very familiar with the workforce management challenges healthcare organizations are faced with every day and has discovered a solid, more effective solution for addressing and eliminating them.

Ms. O’Keefe has been a trusted advisor in the product development and sold multiple vendor management technology platforms to include; Shiftwise, Fieldglass, B4health, Vector VMS as well as other proprietary software management tools. Her passion for providing healthcare organizations with a complete and comprehensive contingent labor management solution spans across state universities, hospital associations, magnet certified hospitals, rural and Indian government facilities to large marque healthcare systems. She is skilled in implementing customized business plans that meet strategic client objectives to improve quality employee engagements, lower contract labor costs in a transparent and consultative manner.
In 2012, along with Martha White, Julie was a founding member of Healthcare Select, a contingent workforce solutions provider that grew to over $300M in contract labor spend. Julie will be leading the MSP sales strategy and day to day operations at Adaptive Workforce Solutions.
Deb Gustavson brings over 20 years of recruitment and workforce management solution design and development to Adaptive Workforce Solutions.
As Vice President, she is responsible for business development for the suite of Adaptive Workforce Solutions Managed Services Programs (MSP) and Vendor Management Solutions (VMS). As an industry veteran, she is responsible for consultation and solution architecture. Ms. Gustavson possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and has a proven track record in building innovative programs to solve how organizations procure and manage contingent labor. In her past experiences she has worked with large global organizations such as Johnson & Johnson and Oracle as well as with some of our nation’s largest healthcare delivery organizations. Ms. Gustavson has also developed solutions in the area’s of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Services Procurement, Payroll Services and Independent Contractor Compliance.
Mr. Rashkin has over 34 years of experience in the staffing and human resource industry with extensive knowledge and experience servicing commercial, federal, state, and local health care organizations. As a proven leader in the contingent workforce industry, Mr. Rashkin has built several health care and technical staffing companies with responsibilities exceeding $250M in annual revenues with over 10,000 contract employees.
Mr. Rashkin has been President and CEO of several successful companies including; Comforce Technical Services, Inc., a publicly traded company, RRA, Inc., Datatech Technical Services and Project Staffing Support Team to his current position as CEO of AB Staffing Solutions, LLC. AB Staffing (ABS) is an established and successful health care contingent labor resource providing RN’s, Locum Tenens, and Allied contract services to federal health care facilities across the country including the DoD.
